Born and raised in Cali, Colombia, Oscar built his foundation in tourism with a deep appreciation for his country’s rich culture, history, and biodiversity. His early experiences shaped a genuine understanding of what makes Colombia such a unique and compelling destination.
He later expanded his career across Costa Rica and Panama, working in luxury hospitality, sustainable tourism, and personalized travel services. Over the years, he has led eco-tourism initiatives, worked as a private guide, and helped international travelers discover the authentic side of Latin America.
Today, Oscar brings together his regional expertise and passion for Colombia to design meaningful travel experiences that go beyond traditional tourism. His approach focuses on creating real connections between travelers and local communities, offering a deeper, more authentic perspective of each destination.

Megan holds a degree in International Development and Spanish Language and brings valuable hands-on experience working with communities across Latin America.
Her journey began through volunteer work in environmental conservation and community development programs, where she immersed herself in local cultures, traditions, and daily life. This experience shaped her strong commitment to responsible tourism and meaningful cultural exchange.
Today, Megan oversees the logistics and day-to-day operations of each experience, ensuring that every detail is carefully planned and executed. Her cultural insight and people-centered approach add a unique layer of authenticity to every journey.
